Background
Levitt was born in October 1979. He earned a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree with first class honours from the University of Sydney in 2002. He practised law with Allens Arthur Robinson before going into business.
Career
Between 2002 and 2006, Levitt worked as a lawyer for Allens Arthur Robinson.
With PodProperty
In 2006, Levitt and Jonathan Stambolis co-founded PodProperty, an online legal service provider which specialises in co-ownership agreements for tenants in common. Levitt is the CEO of PodProperty.
With Service Seeking
In 2007, Levitt, Oliver Pennington and Daniel Sabados co-founded Service Seeking, an online services marketplace, where businesses bid for work on offer. Levitt and Pennington are joint chief executive officers of Service Seeking, and Sabados is the company's chief technology officer. According to Levitt, Service Seeking was established with an intention to improve the approachment of the businesses towards the users. After 5 years of establishment in 2012, this site had 500,000 customers. In 2017, Levitt says that the site generates more than thousand jobs a day, and has 20,000 monthly paying customers
