Contents

Gerbasi had been a critic of former Mayor Sam Katz for, among other things, revising Winnipeg's 2008 operating budget six days before a city council vote on the matter.

She has also won a council debate that asks the provincial government to create stronger conflict-of-interest guidelines in response to the Riverside Park Management debate.
