Jennifer Flynn Oldenburg (born 26 July 1978) is an American female volleyball player, who played as a setter. She was part of the United States women's national volleyball team at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Germany.

From 1996 to 1999, she played for Ohio State University. She played for the Grand Rapids Force. From 2004 to 2012, she coached at University of Illinois.
