Jelly Selau (born 23 July 1983) is a Tuvaluan footballer who currently plays for FC Manu Laeva as a midfielder.

Jelly participated in 2007, with Tuvalu national football team at the South Pacific Games, where he played as a midfielder for four games.

In 2011, he participated as a first Goalkeeper at the Pacific Games 2011, where he was the Goalkeeper in the games against American Samoa, Vanuatu, Guam, and he played in the mid-field in the game against the Solomon Islands.
