Jeff Wiens is an American actor, director, writer and musician who has appeared in numerous television commercials and is co-founder of comedy duo, Franco & Billy. Franco & Billy's critically acclaimed IFC web series, Get Hit, was one of The Hollywood Reporter's 2008 top ten webisodes and was featured in The New York Times.

Wiens appeared in the Star Wars-inspired cult short film, George Lucas in Love.
He was the recipient of both a 1996 Drama-Logue Award for his performance in the west-coast premiere of Eric Bogosian's Suburbia, and the University of Southern California's Jack Nicholson Award.
