Jeff Hansen (born August 27, 1981) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was an assistant coach with the 2012-13 Calgary Mustangs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League.

Born in Calgary, Alberta, Hansen played junior hockey with the Cochrane Generals of the HJHL, before commencing his professional career in 2003 with the Knoxville Ice Bears of the South East Hockey League. Over the course of his five year playing career, Hansen skated with five different teams, including four seasons played with the Knoxville Ice Bears, before retiring from professional play following the 2007–08 season spent in the Central Hockey League with the Rocky Mountain Rage and Amarillo Gorillas.

Hansen continued to play senior hockey, winning the 2009 Allan Cup as a member of the Bentley Generals under coach Brian Sutter.
