Jean-Charles Moïse (born 20 April 1967), is a Haitian politician. Moïse opposed President of Haiti Michel Martelly during his five-year mandate. He ran as a candidate in the Haitian presidential election, 2015 for Platfom Pitit Desalin (a political party that Moïse founded).

Biography
Moïse completed his studies at the National School of Milot and the Lycée Philippe Guerrier in Cap-Haïtien. He studied accounting science at Adventist University Diquin. He was the mayor of Milot (year unknown) and senator later during his life. He accused Martelly of holding a United States passport but it was denied by Martelly and the American Embassy in Port-au-Prince. He resigned as Senator in order to run for the presidency. He received 14.22% of the popular votes, ranking 3rd, after Jovenel Moïse (PHTK) and Jude Celestin (LAPEH).
