Jason Stenta (born 11 March 1987 in Binghamton, New York) is an American soccer player who currently plays for the GBFC Thunder in the National Premier Soccer League.

College and Amateur

Stenta attended Chenango Valley High School in Binghamton, New York, and played 4 years of college soccer at Binghamton University, a Division I program in the America East Conference. During his junior year, he was ranked third amongst Division I school goalkeepers with a .893 save percentage and a .55 goals against average. He holds a school record for 36 shutouts, and made a season-high 10 saves against both Colgate and Maryland. In 2011, he also was invited and participated in the Columbus Crew preseason of the MLS. During his college years he also played with the Kalamazoo Outrage in the USL Premier Development League.

Professional

Stenta turned professional in 2010 when he signed with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds of the USL Second Division. He made his professional debut on June 11, 2010 in a game against Harrisburg City Islanders.

His parents, Liliana and Aquilino Stenta, are from Italy.
