Jason Barber (born 1966) is an English farmer. Owning a farm in Beaminster, Dorset, he is the creator of Black Cow Vodka, which is cited as the "world's first milk vodka".

Career
Barber, who was born in 1966, operates a cow farm in Beaminster, Dorset; the farm was previously run by Barber's father, who gave the job to him in 2000. In May 2012, he created Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka, a label of cow milk vodka. Having spent three years in development, it is cited as the "world's first milk vodka"; however, Barber has stated that he got the idea of making Black Cow through a television programme documenting Araka (yak milk vodka) production in a Russian village. Barber's vodka has received positive criticism from celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal and actor Daniel Craig, among others. The vodka is only sold in British and Singaporean markets. But lately also in Switzerland.

Barber is married to Sally. They have two sons.
