Jani-King International, Inc. is an American chain of cleaning service franchise. The company provides cleaning for public spaces such as offices, retails spaces, hotels, and stadiums. It is currently the defendant in a class action lawsuit filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit over whether franchisees are considered independent contractors or employees of the franchiser.

Jani-King was responsible for paying people who came to shovel snow out of Ralph Wilson Stadium prior to the final game of the 2015 Buffalo Bills season in January 2016. However, there were some complaints of people not receiving payment for their work. The company later announced that those individuals would be tracked down and paid.

In 2001 it was the title sponsor of the NASCAR event at the Texas Motor Speedway now known as the O'Reilly Auto Parts 300.
