History

Kota Ketaraja || was the ancestor of the three Kshatriya Families of Datla, Jampana, Dantuluri.

East Godavari

3. In Tadinada only 7 houses peoples are original families of Kshatriyas in JAMPANA

Raju Gotrams

The Rajus belong to these Four Gotrams:

1. Vasistha
2. Dhananjaya
3. Koundinya
4. Kasyapa

Jampanas have two Gotrams. Kota Jampana's gotra is Dhananjaya, Varnata Jampana' or Chalukya Jampana's gotra is Koundinya.
