Jamhuri F.C.

Jamhuri Sports Club, is a football (soccer) club from Zanzibar based in Pemba Island. Jamhuri established in 1953 at that time was called Albalaghashi. In 1964 changed to Jamhuri. The main rival team is Mwenge SC. Both team located at second big city called Wete. Jamhuri is only team achieved and becomes the champion in Zanzibar Premier League from Pemba Island. Current player start his career from Jamhur is Ali Badru play at Egypt.
