Jailor Gaari Abbayi (English: Jailor's Son) is a 1994 Telugu, Action drama film, produced by Dr. Venkata Raj Gopal on Sri Supraja Productions banner and directed by Sarath. Starring Krishnam Raju, Jayasudha, Jagapati Babu, Ramya Krishna in the lead roles and music composed by Raj-Koti. The film was a Hit at the box-office. Krishnam Raju won Nandi Award for Best Character Actor for this film.

Plot

The film begins with Bapineedu (Captain Raju) a man with a cruel mentality stands in the city mayor elections. Gandhi Raju (Jaya Bhaskar) a labor union leader stands as his opponent, so Bapineedu brutally kills Gandhi Raju by his henchmen Ganapathi (Chalapathi Rao) in a marriage function. Jailor Chakrapani (Krishnam Raju) daringly catches Ganapathi and makes his imprisonment. Chakrapani leads a very happy life with his wife Savitri (Jayasudha), daughters Jyothi (Srikanya) & Bujji (Baby Nikhita), only thing that suffers him is his son Raja (Jagapathi Babu) is a vagabond who becomes a big headache to his father and the house becomes a huge battlefield every day with father & son's quarrels. Raja falls in love with Vyjayanthi (Ramya Krishna) daughter of Ankineedu (Gokina Rama Rao) a multimillionaire, partner to Bapineedu.

Meanwhile, the time of elections Gandhi Raju's seat is allocated to his wife Kasthuri (Siva Parvati) who has a maximum score to win on the sympathy basis. Now Bapineedu requires Ganapathi for making rigging and destruction in elections. So, Bapineedu reaches Chakrapani and offers him a huge amount of bribe to make an arrangement to escape Ganapathi from jail and he throws him out where Bapineedu develops enmity against Chakrapani. The election completes before counting Bapineedu decides to change ballot boxes and he is red-handedly caught by Lalitha (Rajitha) daughter of Gandhi Raju and Bapineedu's son Vicky (Srihari) tries to kill Lalitha but she escapes with serious wounds and she is witnessed by Raja and a Doctor, KK Rao (Murali Mohan) who gives a first aid injection to her and asks Raja to immediately take her to hospital but she dies in Raja's hands. Now Bapineedu & his gang implicates Raja into the case and Vyjayanthi takes up the case as defense counsel but Bapineedu's tactics show all the proofs against Raja and he has given the death sentence. Rest of the story is how Chakrapani protects his son and whether they would be able to find the witness, Dr.KK Rao?
