In 2010-2011 season he played with Nasaf Qarshi in 16 matches of the AFC Cup. In 2011 he won AFC Cup. In 2012 season, Jiyamurodov played in 6 matches of the AFC Champions League. He joined Neftchi Farg'ona in February 2014.
