Plot
Jack, aged 10, and his brother Manuel, aged 6, reside with their single mother in Berlin. The brothers share a deep bond with their mother, who, despite her love for them, often neglects her parental responsibilities. She frequently spends her nights out partying, leaving Jack to manage the household and care for Manuel. It is only after the brothers are forced to spend an entire weekend on the streets due to their mother's absence that Jack concludes they would be better served by relocating to a children's home.
