Jaahnavi Sriperambuduru (The Mysterious Mountain Girl) is an Indian mountaineer. She started her Wilderness career at a very tender age of 10 months only, along with her parents Dr. S. Krishna Rao (Father) and Mrs. S. Saraswathi (Mother). By the age 3 years, she used to accompany her father in different Treks and Expeditions along with other children and be her father's Assistant in helping him during the Trek.

Apart from her adventure career, she is also a Classical Dancer (Bharathnatyam) and also a good Painter. Currently she is studying Grade X in Hyderabad.

Jaahnavi Sriperambuduru is the youngest girl to scale Mt. Elbrus in the World, Europe's tallest peak. She created this record on July 31, 2015 at the age of 13. Earlier, on October 2, 2014, Jaahnavi had become the youngest Asian girl from India to reach the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro of Africa. She also became the youngest Indian to climb the highest peak of Australia Mt. Kosciuszko and also created a new record by completing the Aussie 10 Challenge in 4 days, by climbing all the 10 highest peaks of Snowy mountains.

These are part of Jaahnavi’s #Mission7Summit, through which she wants climb the tallest peaks of every continent so as to raise funds to educate the underprivileged girls in India. She is also the youngest person to have reached the summit of Stok Kangri on August 14, 2014 at 12 years of age. She has completed 4 High Altitude Treks, 5 National Treks and around 25 Local Treks. She had also launched Dabur, an Indian cosmetic company's new product with a concept of #AmPrettyTough Campaign for the brand Dabur Gulabari which fights for gender equality.

In February 2016, she created yet another unique record, by becoming the Youngest Mt.Everest Base Camp Guide. She accomplished this Tough assignment by guiding a 10 years old girl and her Mother after training them both for nearly 3 months with the help of her Personal Fitness Coach Mr. Nagapuri Ramesh and her Mentor and Guide, her Father Dr. S. Krishna Rao.

Apart from her regular Mountaineering passion, she also works for the development of Girl Child in India. Her ultimate dream is to make each and every girl child of India Tough and educate them through her NGO under the name Jaahnavi Foundation. She is also a Motivational Speaker and gives talk and inspires not only Youth but also Adults and takes part in different Symposiums and Discussions. Recently During her visit to North America for her Climb, she was also invited to The White House to take part in National South Asian Symposium and interacted directly with the High officials of the First Lady's office and The President. She also became the Youngest speaker for the TEDxHyderabad 2016. She take parts in different activities to promote her Mission and spread the Word #AmPrettyTough breaking the gender equality.

Her Cause

Apart from Climbing Jaahnavi has also a cause, which she is working for the last 10 years. She wants to raise funds from her climbing and educate underprivileged girls of her age and also to train them with Life Skills. She is a Motivational speaker and goes around villages and suburbs to Educate girls and also gives talks in schools, colleges and different organisations including MNC's.

She gives commercials related to girl empowerment and sends messages for Girl Stereotypes for Gender equality.

Her recent campaign about #AmPrettyTough through India's one of the leading cosmetic company Dabur Gulabari has really brought a major change in the thought process of "Don't Judge a Book by its Cover". In this campaign Jaahnavi was shown as a Girly Girl.
