Jaspal Singh, professionally known as JSL Singh, is an Indian music director and singer from New Delhi, India. He is best known for his popular cover version of "Kolaveri Di" titled "Kolaveri Punjabified", as well as producing hit tracks such as, 'Diljit Dosanjh "Fan Bhagat Singh Da" "Miss Lonely" "ELTT - The Judai Song" Jasmit's "Jugni Furr", Sukhdeep Grewal's "Loongi" and his superhits "Kudi Tu Pataka" & "Goal" featuring various TOP singers like Ammy Virk, Ranjit Bawa, Hardy Sandhu, Girik Aman, Jassi Gill, A-Kay & Himself. Musical career

He started his Musical Journey with underground remix mixtapes in the early 2000s but due to lack of family support he left music and started assisting his dad in their family business, after a 2-year gap he decided to pursue his dreams to be a Music Director.


JSL joined Beat Factory Academy (Gaurav Dayal & Saibal Basu) in 2009, Being one of the best students in his academy, he was immediately offered a job to work as an assistant, he became a part of various in house projects including a Music Today album "The Great Indian Wedding" In 2010-11, He assisted TAZ "STEREONATION" a renowned international Punjabi artist for all of his Bollywood projects. He also worked on TAZ's album "TWIST & SHOUT (2010)" as a guest producer. Taz's very next "DESI & i Know It" was fully produced by him also featuring him as a CO-SINGER. He then released "KOLAVERI Punjabified" in late 2011, a cover song of the original "Kolaveri Di" which a viral superhit. In 2012 He started his journey as a solo music director with projects like Manj Singh's "BEAT Punjabi", Jasmit's "JUGNI FURR" and his very own first religious hit single "Assi Haan Sikh".


He earned a PTC Punjabi Music award for the best Religious Single "Assi Haan Sikh" and also made his debut in Punjabi Movies as Music Director for the movie "Bikkar Bai Sentimental" featuring "FAN BHAGAT SINGH DA" by Diljit Dosanjh which stayed on number 1 for consecutive 8 weeks. After a month his another single "Loongi" by Sukhdeep Grewal made news and took number 1 position from FBSD. His produced album "Angrezi Desi" by Akhil Raj Banga was also released mid 2013. Later that year a single "KUDI TU PATAKA" featuring Hardy Sandhu, Babbal Rai, Ammy Virk, Ranjit Bawa, Mehtab Virk, A-Kay and himself was released which is also said to be one of the TOP songs of 2013.


Started his year with 9xTashan's republic day song featuring his music, "Love India". Also released a Sony Music India single "GOAL" with Hardy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Girik Aman and Jassi Gill. He also made his entry in Bollywood this year, track titled "Ringa Ringa" featuring Shalmali Kholgade and Harshit Tomar for the movie Mumbai 125 km 3D . JSL Singh also announced his debut song on 9xTashan's TV Show "Tashan Da Peg" to be released later this year along with major collaborations, albums and his much awaited movie Mukhtiar Chadha as music director.
