Career

Horst's career is most closely associated with musician Flula Borg's, and is credited for much of Borg's tendency to incorporate real sounds into his music, such as the single "Kuhchen." Horst, like Borg, gained notoriety in America through his appearances in an independent documentary series about Borg called "Flula Borg: German DJ," and continues to perform regularly with Flula at Los Angeles music venues such as The Viper Room and The Derby. He has also co-hosted shows with Flula for AT&T's U-Verse programming, and occasionally appears with Flula on social networking site Stickam. While working for AT&T at the Texas Redneck Games, Jürgen and Flula became the first non-Americans to participate and medal in the games.
