Ivan Alekseyevich Vlasov (Russian: Иван Алексеевич Власов; 10 September [O.S. 28 August] 1903 – 1969) was the nominal head of state of the RSFSR twice during the rule of Joseph Stalin.
Vlasov was born in Nikolayevka, Temnikov Uyezd Tambov Governorate, and died, aged about 65, in Moscow
