Produced for $430,000, the film was shot and ready for release in cinemas in only six weeks. Songs: "The Dream Maker," "Maximum Plus," "Day Without You," "Summertime" (Philip Green, Norman Newell). A talent scout for a record company is frustrated by his lack of progress with his career. It is sometimes known under the alternative title The Dream Maker.
