Itay Segev (Hebrew: איתי שגב) (born June 15, 1995) is an Israeli 2.04 m (6 ft 9 in) tall power forward who plays for Maccabi Tel Aviv of the Israeli Super League.

Segev was born in Kfar Tavor, Israel. He played for the Wingate Academy Youth Team in his late teens. Segev was a member of the Israeli U-16 and U-18 National Teams.
Maccabi Tel Aviv signed Segev to a six-year contract.
