Israel took part in the Eurovision Song Contest 1975, represented by Shlomo Artzi with the song "At Ve'Ani". Artzi was selected by Israel Broadcasting Authority (IBA) in an internal selection since then their début at the contest in 1973, the Israeli broadcaster, to represent the country at the contest, held in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
At Eurovision
Artzi performed 12th on the night of the contest, following Belgium and preceding Turkey. At the close of the voting the song had received of 40 points, placing Israel 11th out of a field of 19 competing countries. The Israeli jury awarded its 12 points to the Netherlands. The Israeli spokesperson revealing the result of the Israeli vote in the final was Yitzhak Shim'oni.
