Isonandra lanceolata is a plant in the Sapotaceae family. It grows as a shrub or small tree or as a larger tree up to 26 metres (90 ft) tall with a trunk diameter of up to 46 centimetres (18 in). The bark is chocolate brown. Inflorescences bear up to 10 pale yellow flowers. The specific epithet lanceolata is from the Latin meaning "spear-shaped", referring to the leaves. It grows in forests from sea-level to 2,000 metres (6,600 ft) altitude. I. lanceolata is found in Southern India, Sri Lanka and Borneo.
