Ismail Elfath (born March 3, 1982), is an American soccer referee. He lives in Austin.

In July 2015, the Professonal Referee Organization (PRO) announced that Elfath would be the referee for the 2015 edition of the MLS All-Star Game in Colorado between the All-Stars and Tottenham Hotspur.
On July 8, it was announced that Elfath had been assigned as the 4th official to the 2014 MLS All-Star Game, to be played on August 6 at Providence Park, between an MLS All-Star team and Bayern Munich.
