Island College of Technology (ICT) (Malay: Kolej Teknologi Pulau (KTP) ) is a private college in Malaysia. Established in 1998, it was located at Tabung Haji Complex, and the college shared the building with the participants of the Hajj. Difficulties arising from sharing the building led to the relocation of ICT to its present location at Sungai Rusa, Balik Pulau, Pulau Pinang.
