Ishwar Dayal Mishra (Nepali: इश्वरदयाल मिश्र) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Tarai Madhes Loktantrik Party. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Kapilvastu-4 constituency, winning 10394 votes.
