Career

Iselin was born in Naustdal, located in Sogn og Fjordane, Norway and started singing at a young age. In 2009, after high school she attended Skiringssal Folkehøgskule, where she mainly studied music and then began writing her own songs. In 2010, she attended The Institute for Performing Arts in Liverpool, where she studied "popularize music and sound technology". Here she developed as an artist/performer, starting with new projects and cultivating her own sound.

After returning to Norway from the United Kingdon, Bisi Music signed her immediately. She then released her well-received debut single "What's Happening", which received wide airplay and was selected "Song of the Week" for the national radio station Radio Norge. Solheim was firmly marking her place in the Scandinavian music scene with her single, "The Wizard of Us".

Her vocals are featured in Alan Walker's EDM songs "Faded" (released in 2015) and "Sing Me to Sleep" (2016), though she was only credited as the featured artist in the description.
