Isaiah Gregory is a legal assistant from Greensboro, North Carolina who attended Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. Gregory is one of the youngest directors of the Law Pipeline Program, a non-profit organization established to prepare, encourage, and provide adequate resources to prospective high school students. This program continues to receive notoriety, partnership and support from programs and organizations like The State Bar of Georgia, the Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorneys, and Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.

Early life and Background

Gregory is a legal secretary by profession but dedicates his time and educational experience with the Law Pipeline Program. Gregory graduated from Grimsley High School in Greensboro, North Carolina . He went on to attend North Carolina State University (NCSU) where he was an English major. After college and prior to law school Gregory began working for the North Carolina General Assembly as an intern assisting representatives in day-to-day operations and legal research. While in law school Gregory was a staff member of the John Marshall Law Journal from 2014-2015 where he researched and written on topics such as Juvenile Law and the School-to-Prison Pipeline debate where students are being channeled into the juvenile and criminal justice center without adequate support, aid, or access to available resources. Gregory was also the Student Bar Association Treasurer for the 2014-2015 academic school year at Atlanta's John Marshall where he managed budgets, financial reports, coordinated events, and advocated for the student body. Gregory gained the passion to serve in the same capacity advocating for disadvantage high school students through the Law Pipeline Program.

Personal

Gregory is fluent in Spanish and plans to improve his community in Atlanta,Georgia through politics and legal support by continuing to advocate for the youth that enters the Pipeline Program from minority backgrounds.
