Bindu Madhavi said that she had signed up a film with Vinay Rai, which was being directed by cinematographer-turned-director Ramesh and that her portions will be shot in the US for about 25 days. She said that she will be playing an urban NRI girl. Director Ramesh stated that the film was a family drama and will be set against the backdrop of the US and that they were on the lookout for two heroines for the film. Aindrita Ray was approached for one role. He was planning to start shooting in May and leave for the US in the first week of June for the shoot. The script was said to deal with the cultural ethos of Indians who move to the US. Archana Gupta said that she was acting in the film and Payal Rajput was doing the other heroine role.
