Ioan Cunningham (Born January 1, 1983) is a Welsh rugby union coach, for Scarlets.

Career
He played for Welsh Under 16's, and Under 18's, being captain in 2001.
He is currently captain at number 8 for Bridgend Ravens. Ioan has also played for Llanelli RFC, Bridgend RFC, Llandovery RFC, and Carmarthen Quins RFC.
