The International Grammar School & College (IGSC) is a high school in Islamabad, Pakistan, first established in 1982. Located in the F-11 sector of Islamabad, the purpose-built campus covers 2½ acres of land. The school offers courses at the Montessori level and was the first institute in Islamabad to offer A-level courses.

A-Levels

An A-level course is an Advanced level GCE qualification used internationally as pre-university requirement. This exam is normally taken after two years of A-level study and is available in a broad range of subjects covering the whole curriculum. The new qualification comprises six units and can be taken either in stages (see Advanced Subsidiary below) or as a terminal examination. Usually, A-level courses immediately follow on from O-level courses and most candidates enter between two and four subjects at the age of eighteen.

A-Levels were discontinued at IGSC for a short time but they resumed in the new campus with an entire block dedicated to advanced level courses. IGSC offers a number of subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, Law, Psychology and Urdu.
