The Institute de Technologie du Cambodge (Khmer: វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា; ITC), also known as Techno (Khmer: តិចណូ), founded in 1964, is an institution in Cambodia whose function is to educate students in science, technology and engineering.

Defending thesis at institute of technology of cambodia
Education
ITC is the one of the top higher education institutions in Cambodia. It is currently the largest and well known engineering program in Cambodia. It offers education programs in both French and English. The institution offers a full range of education and research programs in engineering to all of the students. Faculty members are distinguished in both teaching and research activities. ITC has been steadily building up its international standing by expanding the international features of its academic program and promoting faculty and student exchanges, and developing reputation of research, value-added, soft skill and innovation. ITC has established center for research and innovation to further promote unique research areas and cutting-edge research in being undertaken at the institute. Also, in the freshman undergraduate program, its students complete a foundation year before choosing their majors in the engineering program.
Program duration
Engineering Program: 5 years Technicians: 2 years Master programs: 2 years Doctoral programs: 3 year.
Intakes
Entry exam is in middle of October. Applicants must passed high school exam and must have a good scores in basic science.
Recruiting
Each year, 800 talented high school students from all over the country are recruited by the entrance exam committee.
Admission for graduate programs
ITC accepts students for Engineer’s, Bachelor’s and master's degrees in various fields of engineering for their continuous education to the graduate programs. Students should possess a grade point average (GPA) of not less than 2.5 together with the proficient score of French or English.
Tuition fee
Varied from programs to programs. Special scholarships are also offering for merit and for the poor students

Graduation requirements
Collect all credits, assignment, report, and thesis defense; students must pass French and English exam. Dual degree programs are also applying with some specializes and some universities in Europe such INSA Rène, INP Toulouse, etc.
Faculty, staff and students
The institution comprises 254 faculties and 3,500 undergraduate programs, 200 graduates programs. Its ratio is about 14 students per lecturer.
Organization and history
ITC comprises 5 faculties, Research center, School of graduate program, and Centre for multimedia and Cyber University. In 2014, ITC celebrates its 50th anniversary.
Academic Committee
To keep the education, qualify, international partners from differences universities in Europe, Asia, authorities, and private sectors had been invited to join an annual meeting as a board members to evaluate, and endorse to any curriculum designed, modification program, including the new created academic programs. This committee have 5-year term and will be renewed till 2018. There are two group of board members, i.e., full membership has right to vote and inviting members have no right to vote but they can give a suggestion or recommendation to any changes. This committee is 12 HEIs from France, 2 from Japan, 1 from Thailand, 2 from Belgium and 2 from private sectors and one from authority. This committee sharing experiences about academic performance and recognition ITC education system.
Board of Trustees (Board C.A)
The Council of Administration of ITC or so called Board of Trustee had been established since 1994 under French Administration to ITC. The role of this board is to follow-up the progress activities of group direction, endorsement academic design curriculum, recognition new creation programs, and endorses the new budget and action plan that proposed by the group of direction. This board have an annual meeting around every middle of June. It is comprising members from different stake holders such Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry, French Embassy, Japanese Embassy, the consulate of Belgium, JICA, Representative from board of Consortium, Director of ITC, ITC alumni’s and others representative from private sectors.
Research programs
Starting from last 5 years, there are 35 research projects were activated every year. Around 50 researchers are designed to be permanently doing his/her researches in differences background. Currently, ITC is under the policy of strengthening further its competitive research areas, supporting cutting-edge research to open up the world including the prioritized research programs link to urban management, waste water, hydrology, irrigations, food safety, air quality, new energy, urbanization, robots, and ICT.
Corporate relationships
More than 80 of higher education institutions in the world had signed agreement with ITC. That HEIs are mainly from France, Belgium, Finland, Spain, Norway, Italia, Germany, Russia, Japan, Korea, China, and the ASEAN countries. Together, National and International companies, Private sector, Authorities and Government agencies are partnering with ITC. This allowing ITC to be widely integrating HRs for those. École Polytechnique de Paris is the one among the strong partners of Grand-École in France had established its connection with ITC. Every year, ITC students had been recruited to study with them. In fiscal year 2015-2016 ITC had sent 86 students and staffs to continue for his/her graduate programs within university partners in Japan, Europe, China, Korea, the ASEAN countries, and others.
