History
InfoSTEP was founded in 1998 by Sagar Anisingaraju and Sanjeev Kumar and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.
In Nov 2005, InfoSTEP opened a Centre of Excellence for BI and BPM in Hyderabad, India.
MIC Electronics, the leader in light-emitting diode (LED) display systems acquired majority stake in InfoSTEP in December 2007. However, InfoSTEP continued to operate as an independent subsidiary of MIC Electronics.
Saama Technologies, acquired InfoSTEP Inc.(Us Operations) from MIC Electronics in January 2011, while Delta Technology and Management Pvt. Ltd.bought the rest of the operations including InfoSTEP India Pvt. Ltd. in April 2011.
