Inés Temple Arciniaga (Lima, 1959 - ) is President of LHH-DBM Peru and LHH Chile, professional service companies in the fields of outplacement and talent mobility in their respective countries.

Biography

Daughter of Alejandro Temple Sanchez-Checa and Nelly Amelia Arciniega Rojas. She studied at Colegio Santa Ursula in Lima, Peru.

She studied Business Administration at University of Lima and Marketing (Bachelor of Science) at New York University. She also received an MBA from Adolfo Ibanez School of Management. She participated in the CEO/Executive Program at Universidad de Piura and took Leadership courses in Harvard, Georgetown, Kellogg School of Management and Singularity University.
She lives in Lima, Peru and has 3 children.
Career

Temple founded DBM Perú in 1993 as President and CEO. In 2011, Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) acquired DBM globally to become LHH-DBM.
Temple wrote Usted S.A - Empleabilidad & Marketing Personal in 2010. With this book and her multiple talks on the subject about her career and life experiences, she created the concept of "employability" in Perú. Usted S.A. is currently in its thirteenth edition and was among the top selling books in Perú for 2013. Usted S.A. has been the second most sold book sold in Peru during 2012 and 2014.
Temple has also been President of the Board of Directors of CARE Peru, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support of underprivileged communities in order to eradicate poverty and its underlying causes in Perú. She has also been President of the Board of Perú2021, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Corporate social responsibility among companies in Perú.
Temple regularly speaks at various conferences and universities in Peru and abroad and she's a guest columnist and blogger at Diario El Comercio, the leading newspaper in Peru.
