History

Incentive Solutions was co-founded in 1994 by Steve Damerow and Mark Herbert in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a privately held corporation, owned by management of the company. In 2009, Incentive Solutions acquired Loyaltyworks as a new member of their corporate umbrella.
