History
InMoment was founded in 2002 by John Sperry and Kurt Williams under the name Mindshare Technologies. The company focused on development of technology that allowed clients to automate and analyze their customer service workflow.
In 2011, Mindshare Technologies received a $20 million investment from Sorenson Capital.
