Imaginary Mary is an upcoming American live-action/CGI-animated fantasy sitcom television series that will debut as a midseason entry in the 2016–2017 television season on ABC. Created and executive produced by Adam F. Goldberg, David Guarascio, and Patrick Osborne, the Sony Pictures Television/Happy Madison Productions/ABC Studios co-production was greenlighted to series order on May 12, 2016. A first-look-trailer was released on the same day. ABC reduced the number of episodes from thirteen to nine on September 28, 2016. The series is set to premiere on March 29, 2017 as a "Sneak Peak" before settling in its Tuesday night 8:30 PM (ET) timeslot on April 4, 2017.

Plot
The series follows what happens when an imaginary being named Mary reappears in front of her now grown-up creator from her childhood, a single public relations executive who has fallen in love with a single father of three children, in the hopes to guide (or misguide) her.
