Icicle Seafoods is a seafood processor and wholesaler with land-based and vessel-based processing facilities throughout Alaska. Icicle's corporate headquarters is in Seattle, Washington. The company was started as Petersburg Fisheries, Inc. in 1965 by a group of Alaskan fishermen who purchased the Pacific American Fisheries cannery in Petersburg, Alaska. In 1977, the company was renamed as Icicle Seafoods, Inc. It is owned by the private equity firm Paine & Partners.
