History
In 1999, IMImobile was established. In 2001, the company started development of the DaVinci Evolved Service Platform (ESP), a mobile service delivery platform, with the aim of providing telecom operators a flexible foundation on which new services could be delivered to their subscribers.
Since 2000, IMImobile has pursued the ‘managed service model’ that offers end to end technology and operational solutions.
IMImobile was admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 27 June 2014.
