iHQ Inc., doing business as SidusHQ (Hangul: 싸이더스HQ; RR: SsaideoseuHQ) is one of the leading talent management agencies in South Korea. It was founded in January 2001 by Teddy Hoon-tak Jung.

Known as the Asian Entertainment Industry Powerhouse, the company is involved in talent management (artist content), and TV drama/music production.

History

1999 - The company was founded under the name "EMB Production Co., Ltd." (주식회사 EMB프로덕션). After a year, it was acquired by Sidus FNH (싸이더스FNH), a Korean film company ( a subsidiary of KT Corporation until 2014).

2002 - It was spun off by Sidus FNH and became an independent company as a result. Changed name to iHQ, Inc.

2005 - iHQ acquired YTN Group's cable TV broadcasting division (YTN Media), and changed its name to present-day CU Media.

2007 - It expanded into China, opening an office in Beijing in partnership with SK Telecom China. The branch serves to promote the activities of Korean stars in the Chinese market.

2013 - iHQ gets 60% of shares in Wisepeer Inc., owner of the music site monkey3. It also became the biggest share holder (50.01%) in Cube Entertainment. At the same time, CU Media was sold to C&M.
