Ińsko [ˈiɲskɔ] (German: Nörenberg; Kashubian: Nerbarg) is a town in Stargard County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland. It has a population of 2,001 (2006).

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. During World War II, it was captured by Soviet troops on 1 March 1945 and was given to Poland. Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
