This property is destination location for leisure and business travelers alike. The property is situated close to the southwest end of Waikiki beach as well as natural attractions such as Diamond Head volcanic crater, and a variety of other sights and museums in Honolulu.

Purchase/Acquisition

In 2013, the property was sold to Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc and is now managed by Kokua Hospitality, LLC.

Renovations

The Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach features a total of 426 rooms, 191 in the Pali Tower and 235 in the Diamond Tower. Major renovations completed in the spring of 2012. This property will join the portfolio of 150 Hyatt Place hotels around the country and will mark the first destination hotel for the brand.
