The Hungarian Festival is a one-day event held the first Saturday of June in Fifth Ward in New Brunswick, New Jersey. It is a "daylong celebration of Hungarian culture, music, dance, [and] art". The festival is a street fair celebrating Hungarian culture, organized each year by the Hungarian Civic Association. Food available includes töltött káposzta, kolbász, pecsenye, and gulyásleves. 2006 was the 33rd festival and it commemorated the 50th anniversary of the Hungarian revolution.
