The Humber Premier League is an football competition for clubs in the East Riding of Yorkshire and north Lincolnshire areas of England.

Contents

The league sits at the 11th tier of the English football pyramid and feeds the Northern Counties East League. So far only one club has taken the step up from this league due to its status as a relatively new league and the general lack of hierarchical football structure in the Yorkshire area.. This occurred in 2015 when Hull United were promoted into the Northern Counties East League although their stay in that division was just a single season.

History

The league was formed in 2000, It began as a single division and expanded to include a Division One for the 2005–06 season. Reckitts won the league five times in the first six seasons of its existence.
