Hugh Carthy (born 9 July 1994) is a British racing cyclist who rides for Cannondale–Drapac. In 2014 he won the Tour de Korea stage race, and in 2015, he joined the Spanish team Caja Rural–Seguros RGA. He was named in the start list for the 2016 Vuelta a España and the start list for the 2017 Giro d'Italia.
