The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTPC) is a non-profit statutory body set up by the Hong Kong Government, involved in technology innovation in focused clusters (green technology, electronics, biotechnology, precision engineering, and IT & telecommunications).

History
The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation was formed on 7 May 2001 through a merger of the Hong Kong Industrial Estates Corporation, the Hong Kong Industrial Technology Centre Corporation, and the Provisional Hong Kong Science Park Company Limited.
HKSTPC has also been appointed to build the superstructure and manage the new Lok Ma Chau Loop Innovation and Technology Park.
