Holbrook Island Sanctuary is a Maine state park located on Penobscot Bay in Hancock County. The park offers swimming and fishing plus hiking and cross-country skiing along old trails that traverse a variety of coastal habitats. The park came into existence in 1971 when Anita Harris donated 1,230 acres (500 ha) of the land she had been acquiring in Brooksville since the 1960s.
