HogSozzle Music Festival is an annual music festival held near Stevenage, England over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend in May. HogSozzle focuses on unsigned bands, artists and comedians, as well as featuring a hog roast and pigment paint fight.

The festival
The festival takes in 3 days and 3 nights of live bands, DJs, comedians and much more. The acts encompass a range of genres, including indie, reggae, ska, house, breaks and electro swing. There is a hogroast on Saturday. A large powder paint fight, akin to a mini Holi festival takes place on Sunday. Festival-goers are encouraged to wear fancy dress.
The site
The festival site consists of a main outdoor stage, dance tent, chill out yurt, hog roast area, bar, campsite and food vendor area. It is the same site used for the Wilkestock Charity Music Festival.
History
The festival began in 2010 as a back garden birthday party amongst friends with just fifty people, one hogroast and five DJs. The following year it grew to 180 people and 40 acts in Sherwood Forest. In 2012 it found a new site near Stevenage, and continues to grow.
