Ho Peng Kee (Chinese: 何炳基; pinyin: Hé Bǐng Jī; born 9 May 1954) is a former Singaporean politician. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he was the Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of Law and the Ministry of Home Affairs, and a Member of Parliament representing the Nee Soon East Single Member Constituency. He announced his retirement from politics on March 31, 2011, prior to the Singapore general election, 2011.

Ho was formerly an academic, and at one time the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
