Hisham al-Khashin (born 1963) is an Egyptian writer. He is best known for his novel Graphite which was nominated for the Arabic Booker Prize in 2015. He has published several other works: the short story collections Very Egyptian Stories (2010) and Duet (2013), and the novels What is Behind the Doors, Seven Days of Tahrir, and Adam the Egyptian.

Hisham is a civil engineer by profession.
